Not Satisfied with Your Order?

We'd love to know how we can improve!

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, or send us a photo showing that the product is defective. We will review the photo, and in most cases, we can resolve the issue without requiring a return. Once we receive your returned item or verify the defect through our customer support team, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within five business days.

Important: Beauty products, bedding, hygiene items, and products purchased during sales or promotional campaigns cannot be returned.

Returns by Mail

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exchange a product for a different size or color, or request a refund if your order was delivered to a nearby pickup point.

Please contact us by email first to obtain the correct return address. As we operate multiple fulfillment centers, we need to determine which warehouse your order was shipped from based on the reason for your return.

2. INCLUDE YOUR ORDER DETAILS

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include a note with your order number.

As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. Please make sure to obtain a tracking number when returning your package. After shipping your return, email us at info@stilstund.com with your tracking information if you are requesting a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

Please note: Our headquarters are located in China. Returns must be sent to our supplier's return facility in Asia.

3. SHIP YOUR RETURN

Take your package to your nearest post office or parcel drop-off location and send it back to us.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@stilstund.com.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will issue a full refund. After this period, the order cannot be cancelled, and the items must be returned once they have been delivered.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

The time required for an exchanged product to reach you depends on your location.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your order.
